About the Desk

JagTopList began as Just Another Gaming Toplist, a directory where game sites and private servers collected votes from their players. Its sections for World of Warcraft, MU Online, Lineage 2, RuneScape and dozens of other games are kept as the Server Archive.

Today the site is a small games desk. We write evergreen explainers for the questions players keep asking: how private servers work, what rates mean, why ping spikes, how game business models differ.

Articles are researched from publishers' documentation, court records, regulators and established gaming press. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners; JagTopList is independent and is not affiliated with any publisher.
